In 2023 and 2024, she was recognised as one of the Top 100 Filipinos on LinkedIn, reflecting her passion for leadership, mentorship, and community building. Mariane leads a Facebook community of 24,000 accountants and CPAs, sharing insights, tools, and learning opportunities. She has collaborated with partners from Australia, Singapore, Canada, and Israel, supporting the launch of AI-powered accounting software in the Philippines. Her mission is to empower people, strengthen businesses, and create opportunities that drive growth and impact worldwide.

Tony Devin

Senior Recruitment Specialist - Financial Services

Tony specialises in recruiting for financial services roles, drawing on decades of hands-on experience in the industry. He has personally built and led teams of up to 50 staff, acquired, operated and sold multiple financial services businesses, and consulted to dozens of companies on hiring and team development. That depth of real-world experience means Tony understands what great financial services hires look like from the inside - not just on paper. He knows the roles, the pressures, and what it takes to perform, which translates directly into better candidate evaluation and stronger hiring outcomes for CDM clients.

With extensive experience in technology-driven business transformation and having personally hired over 100 staff across technical and professional roles, David brings a rare combination of deep technical capability and practical hiring experience.
